Refund & Policy

Our refund and cancellation policy ensures transparency and fairness for all patients at Cosmodent Dental Clinic, Patna.

1. Appointment Cancellations

We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. Patients are requested to inform us at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This helps us serve other patients efficiently.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only if a service is paid for in advance and the appointment is cancelled within the allowed time frame. Once a treatment has commenced or a procedure is completed, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

3. Advance Payments

Advance payments made for specific treatments are non-refundable but can be adjusted against future appointments, subject to management approval.

4. Delayed or Missed Appointments

Patients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

5. Online Payment Refunds

In case of duplicate transactions or erroneous payments, please contact us immediately. Verified refund requests will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
